True Believers Will Overcome All Temptations Because God’s Presence Is Within Them
(Passage: 2 Corinthians 4)
Christians are ruled by the Spirit of God and should have an unbeatable willpower. This will ensure all Christians thrive always. They will also be able to make successful advancements during times of tribulations. Paul boasted on behalf of all Christians and said,
“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body” (2 Corinthians 4:7-10).
God Directs And Protects His Children Always
Christians are God’s children, and they have the Holy Spirit within to help them overcome tribulations. Christians will always prevail over whatever challenge that Satan may bring their way! Christians also have the advantage of receiving consolation when passing through their challenges. The Spirit of the Lord will energize them to hold on to their faith.
All true believers should be challenged to preserve their faith in God, who gives strength to the weak. Jehovah will not disappoint whoever trusts him. He will make the faces of those who believe in Him shine. God will decorate believers with honor. He will ensure their lives always testify to his goodness.
The holy spirit will help guide and direct you on a path to his kingdom. Pray for the spiritual sensitivity to understand His direction for your life.Click to tweet
Prayer For The Divine Help Of The Holy Spirit
Dear God, please teach me how to trust you at all times, so that I can be worthy to enjoy your benefits. Endow me with the power of the Holy Spirit to prevail over my challenges. Let your Spirit keep me strong in faith so that unbelievers can be challenged to trust you also. Let my life record testimonies of goodness to your name at all times. For in the name of Jesus Christ, I have prayed.
