Heaven Is So Real – Don’t Miss It!
(Passage: Revelation 14)
Heaven is an indescribable place where God showcases his glory and display his magnificent power. Heaven is the throne of God created for his holy habitation. Only God and his angel live in heaven, but he has promised to allow humans to have their share of the beautiful kingdom. However, not all humans will have a share in God’s kingdom. People who have refused the testimony of Jesus Christ will not qualify.
Those who have rejected the testimony of Jesus Christ and have refused to confess him as their personal Lord and Savior will not be the sharer of God’s kingdom; their place will be hellfire.
God- our Creator has set a day of reckoning for all humans to declare who will go to heaven and who will be sent to hell. This is called Judgement Day.
The judgment day of God will bring a lot of mixed-reactions, since those who will make heaven will be full of joy while the unqualified will be full of sorrow.
The Bible describes how things will look on God’s day of judgment. For those who will qualify for heaven, it is written,
“Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s name written on their foreheads. And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. They sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being the first fruits to God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God” (Revelation 14:1-5).
For people who have rejected the testimony of Jesus Christ and received the mark of the beast (666), the Bible states,
“And another angel followed, saying, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.” Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name” (Revelation 14:8-11).
No Other Way To Heaven Than Through Jesus Christ
God does not change his mind like humans; whatever he decides is final. Therefore, since God has declared from inception that he would punish the unbelievers in hell, then the only choice is to do his will. All people (without exception) must confess Jesus Christ as Lord to be saved.
We must declare, with our mouth, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and believe that he has died for our sins. We must also confess Jesus Christ as our Personal Lord and Savior.
The description of what we need to do to be saved was explained in the Bible:
“That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:9-10).
Pray and Confess Jesus – To Qualify For Heaven
Dear God, please I want to go to heaven! I understand that I must confess Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior to be saved; therefore, I declare that I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I confess him as my personal Lord and Savior. Please forgive all my sins, and please write my name in the book of life to be worthy of your heavenly kingdom. For in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord, I have prayed! Amen.
Remember: Dare Not To Miss Heaven
