God’s Judgment Awaits Human Action
(Passage: Revelation 20)
Everything our world has witnessed proves the planet earth is at the period of the end-time; earth dwellers will soon face the judgment of God. The scriptures have warned about the unusual events that will signify the time of the end- most of which have clearly manifested.
When the end comes, God will bring all souls to his judgment throne, and judge everyone according to the standard of his righteousness. Some will pass, and others will fail.
The Lord’s last day of judgment will leave the multitude with mixed reactions. Some who have imagined a good report card would be disappointed because they have counted on good morals and their good deed.
Morality and good deed won’t be enough to qualify anyone for heaven since human righteousness is like a filthy rag before God.
Only the people who have confessed Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior will be saved on the Last Day of Judgment.
Jesus Christ will plead (advocate) for his followers and claim he has died for their sins. God will overlook (exonerate) the mistakes of Christians because of their faith in Jesus Christ.
In other words, Jesus will advocate for his believers; he will make God overlook their sins. (The death of Jesus on the cross would be enough reason to free his follower on the last day).
God will cast Satan to hellfire on the last day. He will also send Satan’s followers to the same lake of fire.
The Goodnews for believers
God will declare the followers of Jesus Christ justified because they have confessed their faith in him. God will grant the Christians permanent access to heaven to enjoy his everlasting peace and joy.
The scripture stated;
“Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire” (Revelation 20:11-15).
The Way To Passing God’s Judgment Is By Accepting The Lordship of Jesus Christ
Children of God- (followers of Jesus Christ) will meet the rapture. Christ will transport us to heaven to enjoy his kingdom.
Never take the signs of the End-Time for granted!
The signs of end-time means the Judgment Day of God is about to materialize.
What will happen?
- The faithful followers of Jesus Christ will be awarded the gift of eternal life in heaven.
- Satan and his fallen angels will be cast to hellfire.
- Humans who have refused to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord won’t make it to heaven.
- God will make unbelievers suffer alongside the devil in hellfire.
What is hellfire?
Hell is a place containing God’s unquenchable fire that will keep burning with high-graded sulfur (Revelation 21:8).
What should anyone do at this time?
The gracious God is ever willing to forgive a repentant sinner. He will save whoever repents of his or her sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord. It is, therefore, important that every soul immediately takes the appropriate step of confessing Jesus Christ as his or her Lord before it is too late.
The danger of procrastination
A person who procrastinates may miss the opportunity of going to heaven since he does not know when he or she will die (or knows the time that rapture will take place).
Pray To Pass God’s Judgment
Dear God, I understand that this is the period of end-time: your last day of judgment is around the corner; therefore, I repent of my sins and accept Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.
Again, I confess Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior! Please forgive my sins and write my name in the Book of Life! Please, ever count me worthy of your eternal kingdom. For in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord, I pray and make declarations of faith. Amen!
